As a key member of our Future Intelligence division, you'll leverage cutting-edge research, AI-driven trend analysis, and cross-industry collaboration to develop long-term innovation frameworks. You'll work directly with C-suite executives to translate foresight into scalable business solutions, driving sustainable growth in rapidly evolving markets.
Responsibilities
- Develop 5-10 year foresight frameworks using horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend analysis
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-facing products and services
- Deliver executive briefings on emerging technologies (quantum computing, biotech, AI ethics)
- Design strategic roadmaps for market disruption and competitive advantage
- Collaborate with R&D to integrate foresight into product development lifecycles
- Build and manage a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry experts
- Author thought leadership publications on future of work and digital transformation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy, innovation, or futurist roles with Fortune 500 companies
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and strategic foresight methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (blockchain, AI, synthetic biology)
- Experience leading cross-cultural teams in matrixed organizations
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Business Strategy, or related field
- Published thought leadership in industry journals or major publications
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFIP, WFS)
- Exceptional communication skills for executive and technical audiences
