Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the 2026-2030 strategic foresight framework through trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype and validate emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, bio-convergence)
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership and board committees with data-driven impact assessments
- Build and maintain an ecosystem of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors for continuous insight generation
- Author annual 'Future State' reports and whitepapers published in industry-leading journals
- Mentor junior strategists and facilitate innovation workshops across global offices
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Technology Innovation, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Minimum 8 years in strategic planning, innovation management, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of developing and implementing multi-year strategic roadmaps
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies and their societal/economic implications
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights
- Experience presenting to C-suite executives and board-level stakeholders
- Published thought leadership in strategic foresight or innovation domains
