Responsibilities
- Develop 2026 technology roadmaps using predictive modeling and scenario planning
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify disruptive opportunities in biotech, AI, and space tech
- Produce quarterly horizon scanning reports with actionable strategic recommendations
- Collaborate with R&D to prototype ethical AI frameworks for 2026 deployment
- Advolve executive teams on future-of-work implications and talent transformation
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs
- Present at global forums like Techonomy and Future Forward Summit
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future studies
- Expertise in emerging technologies (quantum, synthetic biology, AR/VR)
- Proven track record of developing 5+ year strategic roadmaps
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Proficiency in foresight tools (Horizon Scanning, Delphi Method, STEEP analysis)
- Experience advising Fortune 500 boards on digital transformation
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation journals
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from University of Houston)
