Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year strategic foresight frameworks for quantum computing, AI ethics, and climate tech
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify disruptive opportunities in Web4 and biotechnology
- Produce evidence-based scenario plans for geopolitical and socioeconomic shifts through 2030
- Partner with C-suite executives to integrate future trends into corporate strategy
- Curate and analyze global innovation signals from 200+ tech hubs and research institutions
- Author thought leadership publications and keynote presentations at industry summits
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy consulting, R&D, or futurist roles with Fortune 500 exposure
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Proven track record of implementing strategic initiatives with measurable ROI
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (quantum, AI, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional systems thinking and scenario planning capabilities
- Published author or recognized speaker on future trends
- Certification in Foresight Methodology (e.g., from the Association of Professional Futurists)
