- Lead cross-functional innovation workshops to translate future insights into actionable roadmaps
- Produce proprietary research reports and trend briefings for strategic decision-making
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype future-facing solutions and business models
- Represent company at global futurism conferences and thought leadership forums
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategy consulting, innovation management, or futurism research
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and trend forecasting methodologies
- Deep knowledge of emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Track record of publishing future-focused thought leadership (whitepapers, books, keynotes)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
