- Present foresight frameworks to executive stakeholders and board members
- Partner with R&D to prototype and validate future-facing concepts
- Author thought leadership publications on industry evolution
- Maintain competitive intelligence ecosystem using advanced analytics
Qualifications
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of translating trend analysis into commercialized products
- Expertise in scenario planning, systems thinking, and horizon scanning
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology, or Business Strategy
- Proficiency in foresight methodologies (Delphi, STEEP analysis, causal layered analysis)
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive presentation experience
- Deep understanding of emerging tech implications across sectors
- Certification in Innovation Management or Strategic Foreship preferred
