Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, R&D, or innovation leadership

- Exceptional scenario planning and trend analysis capabilities
- Strong background in behavioral economics and human-centric design
- Published thought leadership in innovation or futurism
