Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and societal shifts to forecast 2026 market landscapes
- Design and lead multi-disciplinary innovation workshops with C-suite executives and R&D teams
- Develop scenario-based strategic roadmaps with measurable KPIs for long-term transformation
- Collaborate with product teams to integrate future-ready innovations into client roadmaps
- Present foresight findings to stakeholders through compelling data visualizations and executive reports
- Curate an annual 'Future Trends' publication read by 50,000+ industry leaders
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategy consulting, innovation management, or futurist research
- Proven track record of translating foresight into enterprise-level strategy
- Expertise in systems thinking, scenario planning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Management, or related field
- Strong proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and foresight software
- Exceptional presentation skills with experience addressing executive audiences
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFIP) preferred
