Responsibilities
- Analyze horizon-scanning data to identify disruptive trends in AI, quantum computing, and biotechnology
- Develop 3-5 year strategic roadmaps for clients in healthcare, climate tech, and digital transformation
- Lead scenario-planning workshops with C-suite executives to future-proof business models
- Produce trend reports and innovation frameworks published in industry-leading journals
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype next-gen solutions for 2026 market readiness
- Mentor junior futurists in advanced methodologies like causal inference and systems modeling
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future studies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Proven track record of predicting market shifts (provide 3 case studies)
- Expertise in horizon scanning, Delphi methodology, and trend analysis tools
- Strong proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and statistical modeling
- Published thought leadership in top-tier innovation or tech publications
- Experience advising C-suite on exponential technology adoption
