Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 2026+ strategic foresight frameworks for Fortune 500 clients
- Lead scenario planning workshops using AI-powered trend analysis and predictive modeling
- Identify emerging technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI) with commercial viability
- Design innovation pipelines that translate future insights into market-ready solutions
- Present findings to executive stakeholders through compelling data visualizations and narratives
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype future-focused products and services
- Build and lead a global network of futurists and innovation experts
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused tech leadership
- Proven track record of translating complex future scenarios into business impact
- Expertise in horizon scanning, trend analysis, and scenario planning methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Exceptional storytelling abilities with executive-level presentation experience
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation (required)
- Proficiency in foresight tools (e.g., Delphi method, causal layered analysis)
