Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive technology foresight framework for 2026+ market scenarios
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype and validate emerging technologies
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify breakthrough opportunities in quantum AI, synthetic biology, and climate tech
- Collaborate with venture capital partners to evaluate and scale disruptive startups
- Present strategic roadmaps to executive leadership and investment committees
- Author thought leadership publications and keynote speeches at global tech forums
- Mentor R&D teams in translating foresight into actionable product roadmaps
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or Innovation Management
- 10+ years in strategic foresight or corporate innovation leadership
- Proven experience with scenario planning and technology roadmapping methodologies
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging domains: quantum computing, neurotech, or circular economy
- Certification in Horizon Scanning or Technology Assessment (e.g., APF, WFS)
- Portfolio demonstrating successful commercialization of future-focused initiatives
- Exceptional communication skills with executive stakeholders and technical teams
- Published work in peer-reviewed foresight or innovation journals
