Responsibilities

- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for long-term product innovation and business model evolution
- Lead cross-functional workshops to foresight methodologies and future-state planning
- Partner with R&D to prototype and validate futuristic concepts with rapid iteration cycles
- Present visionary roadmaps to investors, board members, and industry thought leaders
- Monitor geopolitical/societal shifts to anticipate regulatory and market implications
- Build a global network of futurists, academics, and tech pioneers for intelligence sharing
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep technical literacy in emerging technologies (AI, blockchain, AR/VR, biotech)
