- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for clients in automotive, healthcare, and energy sectors
- Lead cross-functional workshops to co-create innovation roadmaps with C-suite executives
- Author whitepapers and thought leadership on future-of-work implications
- Build predictive models using alternative data sources and machine learning
- Manage a portfolio of 5-7 strategic foresight projects annually
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategy consulting, R&D, or futures research with Fortune 500 exposure
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or equivalent experience
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Published thought leadership on technology disruption (e.g., HBR, MIT Sloan)
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and statistical modeling
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ future-focused projects with measurable impact
- Deep knowledge of at least one emerging tech domain (Web3, AGI, synthetic biology)
