Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies and societal trends to forecast market disruptions through 2026
- Develop strategic innovation roadmaps for Fortune 500 clients across tech, healthcare, and finance sectors
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate future scenarios into actionable business strategies
- Author forward-thinking thought leadership content and predictive market analyses
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype solutions for next-generation challenges

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology trend analysis
- Proven experience developing long-term strategic plans for global organizations
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep knowledge of AI, quantum computing, biotechnology, and climate tech trajectories
- Exceptional communication skills with executive-level presentation experience
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation strategy (required)
