Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futuristics, Strategy, Technology, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic innovation, R&D, or futurism with Fortune 500 or high-growth tech
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend forecasting, and technology adoption curves
- Deep understanding of AI, quantum computing, climate tech, and biotechnology ecosystems
- Exceptional storytelling and presentation skills for C-suite audiences
- Track record of launching successful innovation initiatives from concept to market
