- Produce actionable foresight reports and competitive intelligence for executive stakeholders
- Architect proof-of-concept projects for next-gen technologies (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Build and maintain strategic partnerships with academic institutions and industry pioneers
- Mentor junior innovators while fostering a culture of radical curiosity and experimentation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in innovation strategy, R&D leadership, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies (AI, AR/VR, quantum computing)
- Advanced degree in Technology, Business, or Futures Studies (PhD/MSc preferred)
- Deep expertise in scenario planning and technology adoption lifecycle analysis
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Portfolio of successfully launched innovation initiatives with measurable impact
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Innovation Management (e.g., CFIP, CIP)
- Experience working in agile environments with rapid prototyping methodologies
