Responsibilities
- Anticipate and analyze future technology trends, market shifts, and societal impacts through horizon scanning and scenario planning
- Develop strategic innovation roadmaps aligned with 2026+ market projections and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional workshops to ideate next-generation products, services, and business models
- Quantify future opportunities through market analysis, competitive intelligence, and data modeling
- Present strategic insights to executive stakeholders through compelling narratives and visualizations
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype and validate future-facing concepts
- Establish KPI frameworks to measure innovation pipeline maturity and strategic ROI
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Innovation, Strategic Foresight, Business Analytics, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or technology forecasting
- Proven expertise in emerging technologies (AI/ML, quantum computing, biotech, etc.)
- Exceptional analytical skills with experience in trend analysis and scenario planning
- Strong presentation skills with ability to translate complex concepts for diverse audiences
- Track record of developing and implementing successful innovation strategies
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Innovation Management preferred
- Experience in high-growth tech or Fortune 500 environments
