Responsibilities
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies and societal shifts through 2026
- Develop strategic foresight frameworks and scenario-planning models for organizational adaptation
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints translating future insights into actionable roadmaps
- Present executive briefings on disruptive threats and opportunities with data-driven narratives
- Architect 'Future Labs' – immersive prototyping environments for next-gen solutions
- Build and curate a global network of futurists, technologists, and policy influencers
- Integrate foresight into product development cycles and corporate strategy
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and disruptive technology forecasting
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive-level presentation experience
- Published research or thought leadership in future technologies (IEEE, HBR, etc.)
- Strong network within DARPA, Singularity University, or similar innovation ecosystems
- Portfolio demonstrating impact from foresight-to-execution initiatives
