- Develop data-driven innovation roadmaps aligning with long-term corporate vision
- Facilitate executive workshops on future scenario planning and strategic foresight
- Conduct competitive analysis and disruption mapping for emerging markets
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype future-focused solutions and business models
- Author thought leadership publications on industry evolution and tech adoption
- Manage cross-functional innovation sprints with design, engineering, and product teams
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field
- 5+ years in innovation strategy, consulting, or R&D leadership
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Proficiency in AI-driven foresight tools (e.g., Palantir, TrendWatching)
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (quantum, biotech, AGI)
