- Identify disruptive market opportunities and build proof-of-concept prototypes
- Develop patentable intellectual property and publish industry thought leadership
- Mentor cross-functional teams in futures thinking methodologies
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Published author or keynote speaker on emerging technologies
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and trend analysis
- Track record of delivering commercialized innovations from concept to market
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and AI forecasting models
- PhD in relevant discipline or equivalent demonstrable expertise
