- Develop and present strategic futurescapes for 2026-2030 to executive leadership
- Architect innovation frameworks for emerging market disruption and competitive advantage
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype next-generation solutions
- Establish KPIs for measuring strategic foresight ROI and innovation pipeline health
- Author thought leadership positioning Horizon Dynamics as a future-ready industry leader
- Mentor cross-functional teams in futures thinking methodologies
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or tech strategy leadership
- Proven track record of translating futuristic concepts into commercialized solutions
- Expertise in scenario planning, systems thinking, and exponential technology assessment
- Strong data visualization skills with proficiency in tools like Tableau or Power BI
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation (articles, whitepapers, books)
