Responsibilities
- Analyze global tech trends, demographic shifts, and disruption vectors to forecast 2026+ market landscapes
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for C-suite decision-makers across AI, biotech, and climate tech domains
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into actionable product roadmaps
- Author thought leadership reports and whitepapers on emerging paradigm shifts
- Build and maintain an ecosystem of futurists, academics, and industry pioneers
- Advise on ethical implications of exponential technologies and regulatory landscapes
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or equivalent discipline (PhD preferred)
- Minimum 7 years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of translating trend analysis into commercial opportunities
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and causal layered analysis
- Published thought leadership in futurism or technology forecasting
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI)
- Exceptional communication skills for complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders
