- Partner with R&D to prototype breakthrough solutions with $10M+ annual budget
- Present futures scenarios to Fortune 500 clients and board members
- Build and mentor a global team of 15+ futurists and innovation specialists
- Publish thought leadership in top-tier journals and industry conferences
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy/innovation with 5+ years in futurism or trend analysis
- Proven track record of launching tech products with $100M+ market impact
- Expertise in foresight methodologies (horizon scanning, scenario planning)
- Advanced degree in technology, economics, or futures studies
- Deep knowledge of AI/ML, quantum computing, and neurotech landscapes
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive-level presentation experience
- Published author or keynote speaker in innovation ecosystems
- Fluency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and AI trend platforms
