- Develop strategic scenarios and roadmaps that guide R&D investment and product innovation
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into actionable business strategies
- Establish quantitative and qualitative metrics for tracking future-readiness and innovation ROI
- Present executive briefings on emerging risks and opportunities across global markets
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype future-proof solutions and validate market hypotheses
- Author thought leadership publications that position Horizon Dynamics as a futurism authority
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused leadership
- Proven track record developing and implementing long-term strategic roadmaps
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Strong data literacy with experience translating complex datasets into narratives
- Exceptional communication skills for presenting futuristic concepts to diverse audiences
- MBA or advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategy, or relevant technical field
