Responsibilities
- Conduct horizon-scanning research to identify disruptive technologies and societal shifts through 2026
- Develop scenario-planning models for AI, quantum computing, and bioengineering convergence
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering and design teams
- Present strategic foresight frameworks to executive leadership and investors
- Author white papers and trend reports published in industry journals
- Mentor junior futurists and build an internal foresight ecosystem
- Partner with venture capital arm to scout emerging startups
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years experience in corporate innovation, consulting, or tech R&D
- Published thought leadership on emerging technologies (e.g., AI ethics, climate tech)
- Proficiency in trend analysis frameworks (e.g., STEEP, Delphi Method)
- Experience with scenario planning and strategic roadmapping
- Strong data visualization skills with tools like Tableau or Power BI
