Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech/social/economic trends to forecast 2026+ market disruptions
- Develop strategic innovation roadmaps for C-suite executives across sectors
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into actionable initiatives
- Produce scenario planning models and horizon scanning reports
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype future-ready solutions
- Present strategic insights to stakeholders at executive forums
- Build and maintain a global network of futurist thought leaders
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of developing trend-based strategic frameworks
- Expertise in scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Strong data visualization and narrative communication skills
- Experience with AI/quantum computing/bio-convergence trend analysis
