Responsibilities
- Analyze global mega-trends (AI, biotech, climate, quantum computing) to forecast 2026+ market disruptions
- Develop future-ready roadmaps for product innovation and business transformation
- Lead scenario-planning workshops to prepare for alternative futures
- Build strategic partnerships with startups, research institutions, and think tanks
- Present actionable insights to executive stakeholders and board members
- Mentor innovation teams in human-centered design and agile methodologies
- Author thought leadership reports on future-of-work and societal shifts
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, corporate innovation, or technology consulting
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, blockchain, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive presentation experience
- Certification in Futures methodologies (e.g., CFS, CFIP) a plus
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ future-strategy implementations
- Strong network within innovation ecosystems (VCs, accelerators, research labs)
