Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a 5-year technology and societal trend radar system using AI-driven analytics
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate future scenarios into product roadmaps
- Produce quarterly foresight reports for executive board and investor presentations
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (quantum computing, neurotech, etc.) for strategic integration
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs
- Present future-focused frameworks at industry conferences and thought leadership forums
- Mentor junior strategists in futures thinking methodologies
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and horizon scanning techniques
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal impacts
- Exceptional storytelling skills with experience presenting to C-level audiences
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation journals
- Proficiency in futures research tools (e.g., Delphi method, causal layered analysis)
