Responsibilities
- Develop 5-10 year strategic roadmaps for emerging technologies (quantum, AI, biotech)
- Lead scenario planning workshops for C-suite executives on disruptive market shifts
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype next-gen human-machine interfaces
- Produce trend reports influencing $2B+ innovation portfolio decisions
- Design ethical frameworks for autonomous systems and neural interfaces
- Represent company at Davos, SXSW, and global innovation summits
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy consulting or corporate innovation with Fortune 500 exposure
- Published research in Nature/Science or equivalent peer-reviewed journals
- Expertise in exponential technology forecasting (Singularity University preferred)
- Proficiency in systems thinking and complex adaptive modeling
- Track record of launching products with 10M+ user adoption
- PhD in Futures Studies, Complexity Science, or equivalent
- Fluency in at least two programming languages (Python/R)
