Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 5-year innovation roadmaps aligned with emerging 2026 tech trends
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis across AI, biotech, climate tech, and quantum computing
- Design strategic frameworks for exponential technology adoption and market disruption
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops with R&D, product, and investment teams
- Produce foresight reports and scenario-planning models for executive decision-making
- Build and maintain partnerships with academic institutions and innovation hubs
- Advise leadership on emerging risks and opportunities in global tech ecosystems
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futurology, Systems Thinking, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (AI, quantum, synthetic biology)
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial strategy
