- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for executive decision-making
- Lead cross-functional workshops to embed foresight into product roadmaps
- Produce trend briefs and innovation whitepapers for industry stakeholders
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype future-facing solutions
- Represent company at global futurism forums and thought leadership events
- Mentor junior strategists in futures thinking methodologies
Qualifications
- 5+ years in strategy consulting, innovation, or futures research
- Deep expertise in emerging tech (quantum computing, AR/VR, synthetic biology)
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial strategy
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field
- Exceptional storytelling and data visualization skills
