Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends, technological disruptions, and societal shifts to inform strategic roadmaps through 2026
- Develop scenario-planning models and foresight frameworks for emerging markets and disruptive technologies
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-facing solutions
- Present strategic foresight insights to C-suite executives and board stakeholders
- Curate and maintain a future-tech ecosystem database including AI, quantum computing, and biotech
- Collaborate with R&D teams to align breakthrough innovations with long-term corporate vision
- Produce annual Future State reports and horizon scanning briefings
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or equivalent
- 7+ years in strategy consulting, innovation leadership, or futurist research
- Proven track record of developing future-proof business strategies with measurable ROI
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, blockchain, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive-level presentation experience
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation domains
- Experience with futures forecasting tools and data visualization platforms
