Responsibilities
- Lead strategic foresight initiatives to identify and prioritize emerging technologies, market shifts, and societal trends impacting 2026
- Develop and execute multi-year innovation roadmaps aligned with long-term business objectives
- Analyze complex data from global research networks, patent databases, and academic institutions
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops to translate future insights into actionable product strategies
- Present executive briefings on future scenarios and strategic recommendations
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
- Oversee the implementation of pilot programs for emerging innovations
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years of experience in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of developing successful future-focused strategies
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Strong proficiency with data visualization tools and AI-driven analytics platforms
- Exceptional communication skills with executive audiences
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation journals
