Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year strategic roadmaps for enterprise clients using predictive analytics and scenario modeling
- Lead cross-functional workshops on emerging tech adoption (quantum computing, synthetic biology, AR/VR)
- Author forward-looking whitepapers published in MIT Technology Review and Wired
- Design ethical frameworks for AI deployment in regulated industries
- Build innovation pipelines with $50M+ annual budgets for Fortune 100 partners
- Mentor a team of 5 futurists and data scientists
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or tech R&D leadership
- Published research in peer-reviewed journals on exponential technologies
- Proven track record scaling innovation initiatives at Fortune 500 companies
- Deep expertise in systems thinking and complex adaptive systems
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Proficiency in foresight tools (Horizon Scanning, Delphi Method, STEEP analysis)
- Speaking experience at TED, Web Summit, or equivalent global forums
