As a key member of our Future Intelligence division, you'll collaborate with C-suite executives, research labs, and global partners to identify paradigm-shifting opportunities. You'll leverage data-driven forecasting, scenario planning, and horizon scanning to anticipate technological, social, and economic shifts that will define the next decade.
Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026+ technology roadmaps and innovation frameworks
- Analyze emerging trends in AI, biotech, quantum computing, and sustainable energy
- Design scenario-planning models for market disruptions and societal shifts
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future strategies
- Produce executive-level trend briefings and strategic recommendations
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and innovation hubs
- Monitor global policy changes and regulatory impacts on future technologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D planning
- Proven expertise in horizon scanning and scenario methodologies
- Strong data analysis skills with proficiency in trend visualization tools
- Exceptional written/verbal communication for executive audiences
- Experience with technology adoption lifecycle models
- Demonstrated ability to translate foresight into actionable business strategies
- Portfolio of published trend analyses or strategic foresight projects
