Responsibilities

- Present strategic foresight briefings to executive stakeholders and investor boards
- Build and manage an ecosystem of academic, startup, and industry partnerships
- Design scenario-planning models for organizational resilience and competitive advantage
- Drive cultural transformation initiatives to embed future-readiness across the organization
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of translating future trends into commercial opportunities
- Expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and technology roadmapping
- Exceptional communication skills with executive-level presentation experience
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal impacts
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation strategy
