Responsibilities

- Collaborate with C-suite executives to integrate foresight into corporate strategy and decision-making
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping future scenarios and validating strategic assumptions
- Present compelling narratives to stakeholders through data-driven visualizations and strategic storytelling
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions, think tanks, and innovation ecosystems
- Measure and iterate on foresight methodologies to enhance predictive accuracy
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field
- Minimum 7 years experience in strategic planning, trend analysis, or innovation consulting
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and systems thinking methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, biotech, quantum computing)
- Exceptional communication skills with executive stakeholders and diverse teams
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFPS, CFS) strongly preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating successful futurist projects and strategic impact
- Ability to translate complex futures into executable business strategies
