Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year strategic foresight frameworks for emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Lead scenario planning workshops for executive leadership on disruptive market forces
- Design and implement innovation pipelines aligning with 2026 industry transformation goals
- Partner with R&D to translate future trends into actionable product roadmaps
- Establish KPIs for measuring innovation maturity and strategic adoption rates
- Present future outlooks to investors, board members, and industry consortiums
- Mentor cross-functional teams on strategic foresight methodologies
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation management, or futurist consulting
