Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 2026+ innovation roadmaps using horizon scanning and trend analysis
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify disruptive opportunities in emerging technologies
- Produce strategic foresight reports with quantitative and qualitative scenario modeling
- Partner with R&D teams to accelerate prototype-to-market cycles for future-focused solutions
- Establish KPIs for innovation maturity and track progress against strategic objectives
- Represent the company at global futurist forums and industry summits

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field
- 7+ years in strategic planning with proven impact on 5+ year roadmaps
- Expertise in emerging tech trends (AI, quantum computing, bioinformatics)
- Proficiency in foresight tools (scenario planning, Delphi method, STEEP analysis)
- Track record of launching at least 3 market-defining innovations
- Exceptional presentation skills with C-suite experience
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation strategy
