Responsibilities
- Forecast and analyze emerging technological, social, and economic trends through 2030
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for high-impact business transformations
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate future insights into actionable strategies
- Produce forward-looking white papers and executive briefings for Fortune 500 clients
- Identify and vet breakthrough innovations across AI, biotech, and quantum computing
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, scientists, and industry disruptors
- Advise leadership teams on future-proofing organizational structures and talent models
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist research
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or industry publications
- Expertise in horizon scanning, Delphi methodology, and trend impact analysis
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Proven track record of translating future scenarios into business value
- Exceptional communication skills with executive stakeholders and diverse audiences
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from University of Houston or foresight organizations)
