Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year strategic roadmaps for AI-human integration using predictive modeling and scenario planning
- Lead cross-functional 'Future Labs' prototyping sessions with robotics, bio-engineering, and nanotech teams
- Author quarterly 'Horizon Reports' on emerging technologies disrupting global markets
- Partner with UN Sustainable Development Goals office to align innovations with 2030 targets
- Design ethical frameworks for autonomous systems and neuro-interfaces
- Curate annual 'FutureFest' summit featuring breakthrough innovations
- Mentor junior futurists through our 'NextGen Visionary' program
Qualifications
- PhD in Futures Studies, Systems Theory, or related field with 7+ years applied experience
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial innovations (portfolio required)
- Expertise in quantum computing, synthetic biology, or neuro-technology domains
- Published author in top-tier futurist journals (e.g., 'Futures', 'Technological Forecasting')
- Fluency in at least one programming language (Python/R) for data modeling
- Deep understanding of ethical AI frameworks and regulatory landscapes
- Experience with foresight methodologies (Delphi, Horizon Scanning, Cross-Impact Matrix)
- Ability to communicate complex concepts to C-suite and technical teams
