Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year innovation roadmaps using predictive analytics and scenario planning
- Lead horizon scanning for emerging technologies (quantum computing, biotech, AI)
- Partner with C-suite to integrate foresight into corporate strategy
- Manage incubation labs for experimental ventures with $10M+ budgets
- Present foresight insights to Fortune 500 clients and global policymakers
- Build and lead a global network of futurist researchers
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or relevant field
- Proven track record of forecasting market disruptions (3+ case studies)
- Expertise in scenario planning tools (e.g., Causal Layered Analysis)
- Published research in peer-reviewed futurist journals
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from AC/FS)
