Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 5-year innovation roadmaps aligned with 2026 technological horizons
- Analyze emerging trends (quantum computing, biotech, decentralized systems) and translate insights into actionable strategies
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and scaling breakthrough solutions
- Establish partnerships with research institutions and disruptor startups
- Present visionary frameworks to executive stakeholders and investors

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Innovation Management, Futures Studies, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic innovation or futurist roles within tech/consulting
- Proven track record of launching future-focused products or services
- Expertise in scenario planning and trend forecasting methodologies
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making
- Exceptional communication and executive presentation abilities
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal impacts
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Strategic Foresight (e.g., CFPS)
