- Partner with C-suite executives to align organizational strategy with long-term market evolution
- Develop proprietary foresight models using data analytics and scenario planning methodologies
- Author thought leadership reports on industry disruption and future-proofing strategies
- Mentor junior strategists in futurist methodologies and critical thinking frameworks
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futurology, Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field
- 8+ years in strategy consulting, innovation, or futurist roles with Fortune 500 exposure
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and disruption modeling
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Exceptional storytelling skills with experience presenting to executive audiences
- Published thought leadership on future-focused topics (white papers, industry journals)
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., ACIF, CSSP) preferred
