Responsibilities
- Analyze global technological, economic, and societal shifts to identify disruptive opportunities through 2030
- Develop and implement strategic foresight frameworks for product roadmaps and business transformation
- Lead scenario planning workshops for C-suite executives across Fortune 500 partners
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and academic institutions
- Translate complex future trends into actionable innovation strategies and investment priorities
- Champion emerging technologies through patent development and thought leadership
- Mentor next-generation futurists through our Horizon Academy program
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or equivalent experience
- Minimum 8 years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist roles
- Expertise in horizon scanning, trend analysis, and scenario planning methodologies
- Proven track record of translating foresight into market-disrupting strategies
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive audiences and stakeholders
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation domains
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., CFSD, APF) preferred
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech)
