- Architect innovation roadmaps integrating sustainability, ethical tech, and human-centric design principles
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype future-facing solutions with venture capital partners
- Produce trend reports and predictive models for board-level decision-making
- Curate global futurist networks and thought leadership summits
- Champion ethical innovation frameworks in product development lifecycles
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or Innovation Management (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic planning with Fortune 500 or high-growth tech firms
- Published thought leadership on emerging tech disruption (Harvard Business Review/MIT Sloan preferred)
- Expertise in scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
