Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 innovation roadmap through horizon scanning and trend analysis
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify and prioritize emerging technologies and market disruptions
- Translate complex future scenarios into actionable product roadmaps and business strategies
- Establish KPIs and frameworks for measuring innovation impact and ROI
- Build strategic partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and industry thought leaders
- Present visionary insights to executive stakeholders and board members
- Mentor innovation teams on future-focused methodologies and tools
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy, innovation management, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of developing and implementing multi-year innovation roadmaps
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, Web3)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Management, or related field
- Exceptional storytelling and presentation skills for complex concepts
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., CFS, CFM)
- Experience leading cross-functional teams in matrix organizations
- Portfolio of successful innovation initiatives and published thought leadership
