Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging global megatrends (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and translate insights into strategic frameworks for 2026 market dominance
- Develop scenario-planning models for disruptive technologies and their industry-wide implications
- Lead cross-functional workshops to integrate future-forward thinking into product roadmaps and business operations
- Partner with R&D teams to identify and prioritize breakthrough innovation opportunities
- Present strategic foresight reports to executive leadership and board stakeholders

Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD/Master's preferred)
- 8+ years in strategy consulting, R&D, or corporate innovation with proven 2020s tech disruption exposure
- Mastery of horizon scanning tools (e.g., Delphi method, STEEP analysis, AI trend forecasting)
- Exceptional storytelling skills to articulate complex future scenarios to diverse audiences
- Published thought leadership in futurism, innovation, or technology disruption domains
- Experience with scenario planning and strategic roadmapping for Fortune 500 companies
