Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies and societal trends to forecast 2026+ market opportunities
- Develop strategic innovation roadmaps for Fortune 500 clients in AI, biotech, and clean energy
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future scenarios
- Produce high-impact foresight reports and predictive analytics dashboards
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype next-generation solutions
- Advect C-suite on disruptive threats and competitive positioning
- Build and manage a global network of futurists and industry experts
Qualifications
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or futurist research
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Proven experience with scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, biotech, etc.)
- Exceptional storytelling and executive presentation skills
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation strategy
- Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and predictive modeling
- Global mindset with cross-cultural experience preferred
