Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026+ innovation roadmaps aligned with emerging tech trends
- Lead horizon scanning for disruptive technologies (quantum computing, AI, biotech)
- Facilitate cross-functional innovation workshops with R&D, product, and engineering teams
- Translate foresight analysis into actionable business strategies and product roadmaps
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and investors
- Build and maintain partnerships with academic institutions and research labs
- Monitor global innovation ecosystems and competitive intelligence
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology, Business Strategy, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in innovation strategy, corporate foresight, or R&D leadership
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum, AR/VR, synthetic biology)
- Proven track record of launching successful innovation initiatives
- Exceptional analytical skills with data-driven decision-making abilities
- Experience presenting to C-suite executives and board members
- Strong network within tech innovation ecosystems (startups, VCs, academia)
- Portfolio demonstrating strategic foresight projects or publications
